HK), board chairman of GCL New Energy Holdings Limited (stock code: 00451. HK), chairman of GCL Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (stock code: 002015. SZ), and director of GCL System Integration Technology Co., Ltd. Mr. Zhu Yufeng also serves as a member of the Standing Committee of All-China Youth Federation, vice president of Chinese Young Entrepreneurs’ Association, vice chairman of the 7th term of China Electricity Council, vice president of General Chamber of Commerce of Jiangsu Province, president of Jiangsu Youth Chamber of Commerce, and member of the 14th and 15th committees of CPPCC in Suzhou City. In addition, Mr. Zhu Yufeng was honored as one of the "2017 Top Ten People of the Year for China New Energy", "2021 China Energy Industry Leader", "2022 Business Innovation Leader", "2022 Outstanding Leader" and "ESG Responsibility Star". Mr. Zhu Yufeng graduated from Business Administration Faculty of George Brown College in Canada with a bachelor's degree.

Mr. Gongshan ZHU, the founder and chairman of GCL, is the Member of the 12th National Committee of CPPCC, Member of the 12th Standing Committee of Jiangsu CPPCC, Chairman of Global Green Energy Industry Council, Chairman of Asian Photovoltaic Industry Association (APVIA), Deputy Director of Promotion Committee on Enterprise’s Green and Low Carbon Development of China Enterprise Confederation, and Executive Vice President of Energy Storage and Electric Vehicle Branch of China Electricity Council. At the same time, Mr. Gongshan Zhu also serves as Executive Chairman of International Chamber of Commerce China National Environment and Energy Committee, Vice Chairman of China Overseas Chinese Entrepreneurs Association (COCEA), Vice Chairman of China Fortune Foundation Limited, Vice Chairman of China Overseas Development Association (CODA), Vice Chairman of Federation of Industry and Commerce of Jiangsu Province, Honorary Chairman of Jiangsu Residents Association in Hong Kong, Executive Vice-Chairman of Federation of HK Jiangsu Community Organizations, Honorary Chairman of Suzhou Federation of Industry and Commerce and Chairman of the Council of SNEC Hydrogen Energy Industry Alliance. Mr. Fei joined GCL Group in December 2015 and was appointed as the Director and General Manager of GCL Energy Technology Co.,Ltd.  in 2019. Mr. Fei served as Assistant of General Manager and General Manager of Nantong Tianshenggang Power Generation Co., Ltd., Deputy General Manager of China Longyuan Power Group Corporation Limited and General Manager of Guodian Technology & Environment Group Corporation Limited. Fei Zhi graduated from Jiangsu University in management science and engineering with a doctorate in management.

Mr. Wang Zhenhui serves as co-president and chief executive officer (CEO) of GCL Energy Technology Co., Ltd., assisting the chairman in the mobile energy business. He has served as general manager of China Sales and Commerce Department of Lenovo Group, senior executive of Eternal Asia, general manager and head of warehousing of the North China Branch of JD, president of JD Smart, head of JD’s operation system, CEO of JD Logistics, and partner of Tianbo Industry Fund. Mr. Wang Zhenhui has a master's degree and the title of senior economist.
